Located in Winnipeg? You will have the option of picking up when its ready or local delivery during checkout.
Delivery: Your order will be delivered as soon as the next day (depending on stock & processing time).

Same day delivery: Order must be made before 6pm and is subject to availability. You will be contacted after you place your order.
Pick up: You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up
REST OF CANADA
Within Canada? We ship with Purolator/Canada Post. Delivery time is between 1 - 2 days AFTER order processing.
Shipping International
We ship with DHL.
Delivery time also depends on what city you are located in
United States: 1 - 3 days
United Kingdom: 2 - 3 days
Countries in Africa: 5 days
Other: 3 - 5 days
Returns/Cancellation
At this time, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns except there is an issue with your order due to the company’s fault. Please make sure you are picking the correct texture and length before checkout. Please contact us in advance if there is a mistake with your order.
We do not accept order cancellation under ANY circumstances after 24 hours of placing your order. If you would like to cancel your order – a period of 24 hours is given to contact us via email, contact form or phone call. Even if you do not receive a reply within the 24 hour period, your request will still be granted.
Changing Order — Please contact us within 24 hours to change your order, by providing us with your order number and new item request. If you would like to add an item i.e. closure to your order, please contact us before your order is shipped.
